Hey all, It is Altruist here. Having had to interview several candidates for a position today, I can safely say that I have one of if not the biggest pitfall when it comes to interviewing. The question, "What is your greatest weakness?"

Most candidates just trip over this question and start treating it as a confession! Please do not do that! Just tell the interviewer one thing and move on! It is literally that simple! However, I can hear some people with old advice talking about turning a weakness into a strength. You can do that if you really want to but it needs to be plausible. For example, do not say you are a perfectionist and then have typos. It just doesn't land. Remember friends, Share any advice you have in the comments and we can spread hope
